Overview
We are hiring for the Clinique, Counter Manager, Full Time, Permanent role at Brown Thomas Arnotts. This is a dynamic leadership position to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop the team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.
* Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and leadership of a high performing team.
* Be accountable for the store’s performance and operate as the chief executive officer of your store in day-to-day decisions.

Qualifications / Knowledge
* Retail sales experience
* Team leadership
* Degree of experience dependent on business/store size
* Experience in strategic planning and execution
* Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources
* Working knowledge of a computerised system including email, Microsoft Excel
* Effective verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
* Quality customer service skills; skilled at winning people over
* Results oriented with high drive to meet objectives and standards
* Pursue goals beyond what is required or expected
* Senses others\' development needs and bolsters their abilities
* Anticipates, recognises, and meets customers\' needs
