PE Global are delighted to be working with our client who are an international, engineering-led contractor delivering turnkey infrastructure solutions across water, wastewater, tunnelling, marine, energy, and civil works. Headquartered in Kerry, they operate within Ireland, the UK, Canada, and the USA and bring projects from design through to completion with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and collaboration.
We are seeking a Site Engineer to join their team and support a variety of civil engineering and utilities projects across the South-West region of Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on site supervision experience while working on essential infrastructure projects.
The role will involve working closely with the Site Agent and wider project team, with responsibilities spanning site supervision, engineering support, and project delivery. Candidates should be flexible and willing to travel between multiple project sites within Cork, Kerry, Clare, and Limerick. A company van/car allowance will be provided. This is a full time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Site Agent in the day-to-day management of infrastructure projects.
* Perform setting out, surveying, and site engineering duties.
* Monitor works on-site to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
* Support with preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and site documentation.
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental standards are adhered to at all times.
* Provide technical input and support the delivery of project objectives.
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
* 0–2 years’ experience in a civil engineering/site-based role (graduates welcome).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel between sites (Cork, Kerry, Clare, Limerick).
* Full clean driving licence.
