Were looking for an exceptional relationship-builder and strategic thinker to join our high-performing Marketing department at Mater Private Network one of Irelands leading integrated healthcare organisations.
As Sales Manager GP Engagement & Territory Leadership, youll lead one of our key geographic territories while also mentoring and guiding Territory Managers across the country.
This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds the opportunity to stay closely connected with GPs and referrers through direct engagement, while also stepping into a leadership role that supports, mentors, and drives consistency across our national GP engagement efforts.
What youll do: Build and strengthen GP and referrer relationships in north Leinster/Ulster Promote our specialist services, consultants, and clinical excellence to drive patient referrals Lead and coach Territory Managers, ensuring strategic alignment and high performance Leverage data and insights to inform territory plans and optimise results Collaborate cross-functionally with Service Line Leads, Consultants and other Healthcare professionals Work with Marketing to plan and execute GP education initiatives, events, and CME opportunities What youll bring: Proven experience in GP field sales, healthcare engagement, or pharmaceutical sales Track record of driving awareness and referral growth through relationship marketing Leadership experience whether formal team management or mentoring A confident communicator who is data-savvy, independent, and results-focused Deep understanding of the Irish primary care landscape North Leinster familiarity a strong plus Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel Why join us?
