* Maintain high merchandising, presentation, and planogram standards to drive sales growth.
* Comply with food safety, health & safety, and all relevant legislation requirements.
* Address customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
* Monitor key performance indicators, manage costs, support stocktaking, and achieve sales targets.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and values while continuously improving processes and services.
