Summary:
LMC FM is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician - Boiler Technician/RGI Plumber) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to develop a career in this growing sector. The role is based across multiple sites in North Dublin and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance of customer plant and equipment to optimise performance.
* Ensure real time repair of plant and equipment within optimum time frame.
* Report all faults, damages, and mechanical defaults to the technical department.
* Ensure any plant unsafe to use is taken out of service and the appropriate department notified.
* Accurately record all checks as required on Planned Preventative Maintenance.
* Document accurately all works carried out and materials used.
* Perform all Pre-Start, hygiene, and safety checks as necessary.
* Adhere to company safety policies at all times.
Experience:
* Must be fluent English speaker and be permitted to work in Ireland.
* Excellent communication and customer care skills.
* Fully Qualified
* Three plus years’ experience [post apprenticeship in a Plumbing role within the FM industry, experience serving gas & oil boilers (both Domestic & Commercial)
* RGI Registered
* Safe Pass.
