Actual salary will be pro rata based on contracted hours.About the RoleWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Social Care Worker to join our North Street Service in Swords, Co. Dublin. This is a highly individualised, community‑based service directed by the people we support. The role requires flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently while supporting individuals to live active and meaningful lives within their local community, and in their own homes.The successful candidate will support individuals in line with the HSE New Directions policy and Prosper Group values, promoting independence, choice, community participation, and overall wellbeing.
