This role involves supporting course leaders in administrative activities, preparing documentation for programs, and managing course data. As a Course Administrator, you will work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting course leaders with administrative tasks
* Preparing documentation for Diploma Centre programs
* Managing course data on database systems
* Liaising with the IT department regarding course delivery issues
* Processing payments for lecturers and tutors
* Updating the virtual learning environment (Moodle) weekly
* Answering student queries via email and phone
* Assisting with course assessments and general administrative duties
Requirements:
* Recent relevant experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of third-level professional systems
* Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
