Medical Communications Specialist Role
At our organization, we combine scientific knowledge with communication expertise to deliver medical communications that are meaningful and relevant to customers.
Our Medical Information team partners with customers (HCPs or patients) to provide answers to unsolicited medical requests, created based on professional and scientific expertise.
Careful listening to customer needs and a quality response to inquiries is associated with a positive customer experience.
The purpose of this role is to:
* Deliver high-quality medical communications to customers
* Enhance patient care through effective medical information provision
* Advance the quality and transparency of our research
Fluent English and native-level German are required for this position.
This is a permanent position.
