Role Overview
We're hiring a results-driven Account Manager / Account Executive to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone ambitious who loves building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to work with global, innovative brands.
You'll take ownership of some of Roody's larger existing clients — helping them plan and deliver high-impact, sustainable merch programs.
You'll also nurture and convert new leads as they begin their transition to more sustainable merchandise options.
This is a high-growth role for someone smart, ambitious, and hungry to learn.
You'll work directly with the founder and leadership team, and for the right person, there's a fast track to leading your own team.

What You'll Do
Manage and grow relationships with high-value clients across the US and Europe.
Understand client objectives and propose creative, sustainable merch solutions.
Lead projects from initial brief to delivery, coordinating internally with design and production teams.
Identify opportunities to upsell, expand accounts, and increase client lifetime value.
Proactively follow up with leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate CRM notes, track deals, and ensure timely communication.
Represent Roody professionally in all interactions — emails, calls, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person client events.
Ideal Candidate
1+ years' experience in B2B sales or account management (merch, apparel, promotional products, or marketing services a plus).
Proven track record of closing deals and managing complex sales cycles.
You love working with AI tools and are excited for how it can make your life better and deliver a better customer experience.
Excellent English and strong communication skills.
Confident relationship-builder with a warm, proactive approach.
A self-starter with a bias for action, ownership, and follow-through.
Creative thinker who enjoys solving client challenges and adding value beyond the brief.
Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRM tools, and email outreach platforms.
Passion for sustainability, branding, or consumer products is a bonus.
