We are seeking a talented individual to join our Integrity Operations team at CPL, supporting a leading social media client in Dublin.

Your primary responsibilities will involve investigating and resolving reported content by adhering to company policies and local regulations. This may include various types of sensitive content such as pictures, videos, and posts.

Main Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system) including account support or potentially abusive content
* Utilize market knowledge and insights to improve the support of our client's community of users
* Gather, analyze, and utilize data to enhance the overall user experience
* Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues to the global team
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions

The Offer:
* Base salary of €29, per year, with potential increments up to €39, based on shift pattern and performance-based bonuses (T&C apply)

Work Details:
* Location: The office is situated in Dublin South, providing a convenient workspace.
* Work schedule: 5 days a week, usually Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and Bank Holidays to ensure coverage.
* Shift pattern: You can join either the Day or Evening team. There are no rotations, and your chosen shift will be permanent.
