Job Description Provide a friendly, helpful, and confidential service to all callers, visitors, and internal colleagues.
Manage all filing and archiving in an organised and controlled manner, including retrieval of archived documents.
Scan and link Data Packages into eLIMS-BPT accurately and efficiently.
Prepare visitor badges, maintain visitor logs, and ensure visitors are welcomed professionally.
Keep the reception area neat, tidy, and secure at all times.
Organise refreshments for visitors and meetings when required.
Manage incoming and outgoing post daily, including sorting to hot files and preparing mail for dispatch.
Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
Leaving Certificate qualification required.
High accuracy and strong attention to detail, with a typing speed of at least 55 wpm.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong organisational and planning abilities.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and take ownership of assigned work.
Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
