This is a practical, delivery-focused role where you'll manage campaigns from setup through optimisation to reporting, while also being comfortable speaking with clients in clear, jargon-free language.You'll work across Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and other platforms, ensuring campaigns perform well, budgets are managed effectively, and clients understand what's happening and why. This isn't a pure strategy role - it's about making campaigns work, spotting opportunities for improvement, and communicating progress clearly.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & OptimisationImplement and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, DV360 and other relevant platformsMonitor performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to hit campaign KPIsManage campaign pacing and spend to ensure budgets are utilised effectivelyHandle platform housekeeping including audience lists, creative uploads, campaign naming conventions, and billing checksTracking & AnalyticsManage tracking, tagging and troubleshooting across GA4, GTM and conversion pixelsEnsure accurate conversion tracking and attribution setup across all campaignsIdentify and resolve tracking issues or discrepancies between platformsReporting & Client CommunicationBuild clear, actionable reports that clients can understand and useJoin client calls and meetings to explain performance, next steps, and recommendations in straightforward languagePresent campaign updates without overloading clients with jargonTrack campaign documentation, budgets, and timelines accuratelyCollaboration & OperationsWork closely with the account team to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectivesCoordinate internally to ensure deadlines, creative assets, and client requests are delivered on timeSupport invoicing, reconciliations, and spend tracking processesStay on top of platform updates and share relevant learnings with the wider teamExperience:1-2 years' hands-on experience managing paid search, paid social, and/or programmatic/display campaignsAgency or in-house marketing team experience preferredPlatform Knowledge:Confident with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads ManagerExperience with DV360 or strong willingness to learn quicklyOther platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) are a plusAnalytics & Tracking:Solid understanding of GA4 and campaign performance measurementWorking knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion trackingComfortable troubleshooting tracking issues and discrepanciesCommunication & Personal Skills:Comfortable presenting work and speaking with clients directlyAbility to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible languageStrong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger pictureSelf-sufficient and able to manage multiple campaigns independentlyProblem-solver who enjoys finding ways to improve results within budgetAt we are an equal opportunity agency.
