Description
An exciting opportunity now exists for the position of Operations Assurance officer. This role plays a critical part within the Dublin Airport Partnership team. The purpose of this role is to maintain standards across operations by carrying out audits and inspections to the highest quality. Ensure all audits are carried out to the agreed standard, in line with the agreed schedule, and all findings are communicated in a timely manner to the appropriate responsible person. To work with the wider operations team to ensure a consistent and standardized approach to auditing in all areas. The role will also support the Operations Assurance manager in the implementation of a Quality Management System.
Responsibilities
* Conduct, based on an agreed schedule, inspections of all operational front-of-house and back-of-house facilities across airside & landside terminals & campus aligned to the standards of the area.
* Conduct structured observational audits of the landside, terminal, and airside areas and document findings.
* Ensure all operational audits conducted by the Operations Assurance team are completed in accordance with the agreed standard and standard operating procedures.
* Conduct quality management audits of processes and procedures across the Operations team in line with ISO 9001 Quality Management standards.
* Ensure documentation and reporting of findings identified through audits and inspections are structured to enable timely and targeted actions compiling weekly and monthly KPI data on performance and standards of these areas.
* Work collaboratively with other frontline areas to ensure awareness of and adherence to auditing and inspection standards across operations.
* Ensure the continuous improvement of the Operations Assurance function through the ongoing review of the effectiveness of the audit and inspection processes for each area.
Qualifications
* Four years of work experience in an operations environment.
* Strong relationship management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Process is driven with good attention to detail
* Good presentation and reporting skills
* Good MS Office. Training skills
* Data analytics desirable
