12-month contract (renewable)
€75, – €80, + annual increments
Annual leave; 30 days plus bank holidays
Standard Working hours; 35 weekly
On behalf of our client, a well-established public-sector organisation in the Capital & Estates space is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver building and refurbishment projects across the Cork & Kerry region.
The Role
You will lead projects from initial brief through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost, quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
·Develop and manage project briefs with key stakeholders
·Manage design teams, contractors and procurement processes
·Control project budgets, programmes and expenditure
·Oversee tender, construction and commissioning stages
·Ensure full compliance with statutory, fire safety, H&S and environmental requirements
·Support minor capital works, maintenance programmes and property-related initiatives
·Report project progress and financials to senior management
Requirements
·Level 8 (or higher) qualification in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying OR full professional membership of SCSI, RICS, Engineers Ireland (Chartered/Full), or RIAI
·Minimum 7 years' relevant post-qualification experience
·Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and administrative skills
