Job Description
The alternative investment operations team is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Investment Products Controller.
* Preparation of pre-investment restriction checklists
* Summary of investment proposal documentation
* Assisting with regulatory and compliance reporting across the investment products range
* Preparation of quarterly fee invoices for investment programs
* Assist with preparation of private markets program board reports
* Coordination with local corporate finance team in respect of fee inputs for monthly, annual and budgeting processes
* Relationship management across a broad range of internal teams and stakeholders
* Participation in various projects and implementation initiatives.
Requirements
* Accounting or finance related degree or similar qualification
* Challenging and analytical mindset with a desire to understand the impact of various investment and fee related transactions on private equity programs
* 3-5 years’ experience in a financial industry type role
* Experience in alternative investments or funds industry type role an advantage
* Highly organized and ability to meet deadlines whilst working autonomously
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office applications advantageous e.g. Power Bi, Power Pivot, Power Query
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Keen interest in the broader investment environment.
