Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and professional customer service agent to join our team. This role is essential for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships through prompt handling of requests and efficient problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process service / repair / replacement orders using internal systems.
• Answer phone calls and provide requested information to customers.
• Efficiently organize and manage returns, coordinate shipments through carrier platforms,
to guarantee timely delivery and return of devices.
