Key Responsibilities
* Establish and nurture key customer relationships to drive business growth.
* Coordinate the processing of sales orders and collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery.
* Provide technical product support, troubleshooting, and post-sales service.
* Lead investigations to resolve customer issues in conjunction with production teams.
The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, enabling them to work independently and manage multiple priorities while being willing to travel for customer visits and trade events.
Requirements
* Possess an engineering qualification (mechanical, manufacturing, or related discipline preferred).
* Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role.
* Strong technical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
