About the Role:
The successful candidate will assist customers in obtaining financing approval, ensuring all vehicle purchases and associated paperwork are accurately completed and met on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Securing optimal finance packages for customers;
* Collaborating closely with sales managers and teams to guarantee transactions are accurately finalized and meet customer satisfaction standards;
* Submitting deals electronically via the dealer system;
* Tracking receivables and following up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all due amounts;
* Handling all customer settlement inquiries;
* Participating in required training sessions onsite or offsite.
Essential Qualifications:
* QFA, APA, or active pursuit of these qualifications;
* A team-oriented individual focused on delivering exceptional customer service;
* Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted performance goals;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
