Regional Management Position
This role encompasses the Connacht region, including Galway city, Mayo (Ballina), and Roscommon (Roscommon town). Experience in managing financial advice and budgeting or debt management services is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
* Contribute to national/regional strategy and develop a regional service delivery plan with stakeholders.
* Support the Board in implementing good corporate governance across the region.
* Manage regional resources, implement cost centre planning, and draft the annual operational plan for the region.
* Oversee client funds and premises development in line with best practice and legislation.
* Lead, motivate, and develop staff. Provide direct management to Coordinators/Service Delivery Managers.
Key Requirements:
* A third-level qualification in Management, Finance, Law, or equivalent.
* A minimum of five years' experience in a relevant management position.
* Comprehensive knowledge of consumer debt, financial services, insolvency, money management, and education.
* Experience in staff supervision, customer service, evaluation, and monitoring procedures.
