Senior Product Test Development EngineerMain Responsibilities:Develop High Performance Test solutions to allow first Silicon verification, Characterisation, Yield Analysis, Qualifications (AECQ100) and Release to the Manufacturing Test Site.Contribute to Design for Testability (DFT) & Build In Self Test (BIST) definitions and development, in order to reduce Full Factory Cost (FFC) and improve testability.Development of Multi-Site, cost optimized production solutions at Wafer Probe and Final Test.Engaging and supporting offshore sites, to coordinate AECQ100 Qualifications, maintain production yield and high quality.Close engagement with Design, Bench Evaluation and Application Engineers.Manage and maintain project schedules that align with the product release date.Qualifications/ExperienceBachelor's degree with significant Electronic engineering or equivalent. Ideally 5 years’ experience in Mixed Signal/RF Test Development is preferable.The ideal candidate should have a sound practical knowledge of analog and digital electronics, and show initiative in identifying and solving technical problems.Proficiency in C, C++ and/or Visual Basic.Mixed Signal/High Speed PCB design is essential.Teradyne Flex/Catalyst experience in developing mixed signal applications.Demonstrated ability to work at a high level of performance, independently and in teams.Experience in any of the following areas is desired: Oscillators, Bandgaps, LDOs, Temp Sensors, ADC Test techniques, NVM (Nonvolatile Memory), Microcontrollers, Scan.
