The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Bar & Restaurant Manager We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar & Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy, high-quality food and beverage outlet within a luxury hotel in the heart of Killarney. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences. Our client is an established and highly regarded 4-star hotel in Killarney, part of a respected hotel group with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, staff development, and service excellence. The Duties: Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant. Lead, motivate, and train a diverse F&B team to deliver exceptional service. Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Drive revenue through effective cost control, upselling, and promotions. Create staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively. Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner. Liaise with the kitchen, events, and front office teams to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain inventory control and ensure the timely ordering of stock. The Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar F&B management role within a hotel or restaurant environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service. Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends and standards. Proficient in stock control, budgeting, and rota planning. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
