Senior Pharmacist Role
The role of a Senior Pharmacist is pivotal in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications among patients.
* Prioritizing patient care and safety at all times
* Contribution to the delivery and development of clinical pharmacy services
* Efficient management of the Dispensary operations
* Evaluation and resolution of deficiencies in medication systems and processes
This position involves close collaboration with Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Technicians to achieve seamless teamwork within the Pharmacy service. In addition, supervisory responsibilities may include line managing staff within the Pharmacy service as appropriate.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Pharmacist who can demonstrate exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills. A strong background in pharmaceutical practice, experience in change management, and quality improvement initiatives are highly desirable.
