Senior Care Professional
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Care Professional to lead our care team and work directly with young people. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, empathetic, and able to provide frontline care in a dynamic environment.
This role is pivotal in creating and maintaining a safe, caring, and professional environment for both the young people and staff. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Centre Manager and Deputy Manager to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To assist the manager in developing strategies to maintain high standards of care at all times
