Global Clinical Trials Manager Role Summary
The Global Clinical Trials Manager is a key position responsible for the global execution of assigned large and/or complex clinical trials from study design to close out.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead cross-functional teams responsible for clinical trial delivery and act as primary point of contact for leadership and oversight.
2. Provide operational input into protocol development, oversee and provide input to the development of study-specific documentation.
3. Ensure compliance with clinical trial registry requirements, identify outsourcing needs, and lead vendor engagement and management.
4. Manage risk assessment, baseline budget development, and timeline management.
5. Monitor progress, address deviations, and ensure accurate budget management.
6. Oversee data quality, CRO alignment, and audit/inspection readiness.
7. Contribute to clinical study report writing, facilitate lessons learned, and recommend process improvement initiatives.
