We are seeking a HR Compliance Officer to join our team based in North Dublin.
This is a key role in ensuring the organisation meets all internal and external HR-related compliance standards across its care services. The successful candidate will oversee adherence to Irish employment law, HSE/HIQA regulatory requirements, and internal HR governance with a focus on policy, audits, personnel file integrity, vetting cycles, and training compliance.
The Role of an HR Compliance Manager
* Maintain up-to-date records of company policies and procedures that reflect current legislation HIQA/HSE standards best practices in the care sector
* Ensure correct application of these policies across multiple locations through regular updates clear communication staff access understanding
* Clinch routine ad hoc internal audits assess compliance in Personnel files contracts right-to-work documentation Garda vetting/re-vetting mandatory training records identifying addressing non-compliance issues
* Mainstream External Audit & Inspection Readiness by preparing for inspections covering HIQA HSE ISO other regulations
* Totally identify address risks comply relevant legislative changes updated guidelines documents assisted briefings guidance Employees teams adhering changing needs readiness.
