Overview
Our client is currently seeking a Systems Accountant to join their finance team in a newly created role. This is a full-time position with flexibility built in to support the changing needs of the business.
You’ll work closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams as part of a dedicated transformation and efficiency unit, to deliver smarter, faster, and more data-led ways of working.
Who we are seeking
* An Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong communicator with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
* Commercially curious, analytically precise, and comfortable working independently
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems, reporting dashboards or BI tools
* A strong understanding of managing a Project would be a distinct advantage
Overview of the responsibilities
* Collaborate with a cross-functional improvement unit to reimagine finance and operational processes
* Set, track, and report on KPIs that reflect true operational and financial performance
* Drive innovation within the finance function – especially around automation and system efficiency
* Train and support wider teams on continuous improvement principles
* Engage confidently with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
* Support the CFO and senior leadership with special projects and decision support
