I am recruitng on behalf of a succesgul business seeking an experienced Dispatch & Logistics Lead to manage all despatch, logistics and 3pl transport coordination for our busy manufacturing operation in Galway.
This role ensures finished products are picked, packed, and delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
Based in Galway Mon - Fri hrs Parking on site Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily/weekly dispatch schedules.
Manage transport bookings, hauliers, and driver check-ins.
Ensure accurate paperwork: delivery notes, CMRs, packing lists, certificates.
Maintain finished goods accuracy and coordinate with Production on stock availability.
Lead and support yard/dispatch staff (forklift drivers & operatives).
Ensure safe loading, correct strapping, and yard traffic control.
Communicate ETAs and delivery updates to Sales & customers.
Drive improvements across dispatch processes, costs, and on-time delivery.
Experience & Requirements Previous in dispatch/logistics or warehouse Strong load planning and carrier management experience.
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
