At Klass Oil, we are seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers, answering queries, and providing quotes.
Duties:
* Answering inbound calls from customers
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email or other channels
* Making outbound calls to customers to provide quotes and respond to their needs
* Creating orders for customers over the phone
* Providing customers with quotes and information on products and services
Requirements:
* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
* Leaving Certificate required or equivalent qualification
* Ability to work Saturdays as part of a rotating shift pattern
