Job Opportunity
A successful and ambitious Architect is required to lead architectural projects from concept through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building regulations, planning laws, and health & safety legislation.
* Manage architectural projects across all work stages.
* Develop design concepts and prepare planning and tender documentation.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and planning authorities.
* Prepare and review detailed construction drawings and specifications.
* Conduct site visits, monitor construction, and provide contract administration.
* Minimum 5 years experience in Ireland.
* RIAI registration highly desirable.
* Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
* Advanced skills in REVIT and AutoCAD.
