We are currently recruiting a Head Spa Therapist to join our award‑winning Solas Croi Spa at the Brandon House Hotel, a 4-star family‑run hotel in New Ross, Co. Wexford. Located just a short distance from Waterford, Wexford, Enniscorthy, and Kilkenny, our hotel offers an idyllic setting with mature gardens, a five‑senses walk, and top‑tier facilities, including a wellness spa, leisure centre, and more.
About The Role
As Head Spa Therapist, you will be a key member of our Spa leadership team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting and mentoring your team, and ensuring the highest standard of treatments.
What We're Looking For
* Qualifications:
o ITEC and CIBTAC certifications or higher.
o Expertise in both face and body treatments.
o Reflexology knowledge is an advantage.
* Experience:
o Previous experience in a spa environment.
o Training or familiarity with Elemis products is beneficial but not essential.
* Key Skills:
o Energetic, motivated, and passionate about wellness, customer service and retail.
o Excellent leadership and coaching abilities to guide and develop a team of therapists.
o Proven track record of working effectively in a busy, team‑oriented environment.
* Flexibility:
o Availability for shifts, including weekends, is essential.
