We are currently recruiting a
Head Spa Therapist
to join our award-winning
Solas Croi Spa
at the
Brandon House Hotel
, a 4-star family-run hotel in
New Ross, Co. Wexford
. Located just a short distance from Waterford, Wexford, Enniscorthy, and Kilkenny, our hotel offers an idyllic setting with mature gardens, a five-senses walk, and top-tier facilities, including a wellness spa, leisure centre, and more.
About The Role
As Head Spa Therapist, you will be a key member of our Spa leadership team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting and mentoring your team, and ensuring the highest standard of treatments.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualifications:
* ITEC and CIBTAC certifications or higher.
* Expertise in both face and body treatments.
* Reflexology knowledge is an advantage.
* Experience:
* Previous experience in a spa environment.
* Training or familiarity with Elemis products is beneficial but not essential.
* Key Skills:
* Energetic, motivated, and passionate about wellness, customer service and retail.
* Excellent leadership and coaching abilities to guide and develop a team of therapists.
* Proven track record of working effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
* Flexibility:
* Availability for shifts, including weekends, is essential.
