Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Solid experience in retail management, ideally within the luxury or premium sector
* Proven leadership and team development capabilities
* A strong understanding of premium clientele and their service expectations
* Commercial insight with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
* Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
