Townhouse Manager's / Team– Live-in Position
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Townhouse Manager team to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property. This is a live-in role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for our guests. Ideally suited for a couple or 2 friends who wish to work in Killarney for the seasonal period (March to December ideally) and have worked in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard.
* Manage inventory, order, and restock linen, cleaning products, and guest supplies.
* Handle guest queries and requests in a friendly, professional manner (e.g., adjusting heating, providing extra towels, tea, coffee, etc.).
* Ensure that all guest areas are maintained to a consistent standard of cleanliness and comfort.
* Liaise with management regarding any maintenance needs or operational issues.
Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or facilities management preferred.
* Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
* Flexibility and willingness to live on site.
