Project Coordinator Role
As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
* Support the contracts manager with day-to-day project operations, including quality and design management, safety management, and client liaison.
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
* Oversee plans, drawings, and supervision of subcontractors across the project.
* Plan work efficiently to meet strict deadlines, overseeing quality control and safety measures on sites.
* Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and address any problems that arise, communicating clearly with all stakeholders.
* Attend regular meetings with clients, architects, and consultants, keeping them informed of progress.
* Coordinate quality management and ensure adherence to regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience within a main/specialist contractor environment.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
* Strong interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project execution.
* Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office, Project, or similar scheduling packages.
* Good understanding of safety management and quality management principles.
