Sustainable Quality Administrator Role
At our organization, we are recruiting for a Quality Administrator to join our team on a project. The role is based in Greystones, Wicklow, and it's a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract.
The key mission of this position is to assist the Quality Management team in preparing and managing records, material requisitions, material submittals, and BCAR documentation. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for utilising and setting up the site clocking system, completing the site resource tracker weekly, performing general site office duties, managing soft copy files, and assisting managers with clerical duties.
We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate within a multi-disciplinary site team. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar, fast-paced role is essential. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF software tools, are also required. Effective time management skills and the ability to work productively and efficiently are crucial for success in this position.
BIM 360 field software and Autodesk Construction knowledge are advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
