Delivery and Service Professional
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic floor team as a Delivery and Service Professional.
Your primary responsibilities will include delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, while providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a warm and professional attitude towards customers. Previous experience in hospitality is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver food and drinks to guests promptly and efficiently
* Provide exceptional customer service at all times
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
* Polish cutlery and fold napkins as needed
