The role of a Training Facilitator involves delivering engaging and compliant training across a production environment. Key responsibilities include delivering induction training, designing and updating training programs, assessing training needs, and maintaining training records.
The ideal candidate will have experience in food manufacturing, be a confident communicator, and be organized and proactive. A Train the Trainer qualification is desirable.
