Key Responsibilities:

* Properly archive files and prepare information as per requests from relevant authorities.
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines, including data protection regulations.
* Review and maintain registrations, promote dignity at work, and comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in law, business administration, or a related field.
* High proficiency in MS Office suite.
* 3-5 years of administration experience, including working with computer databases.
* A proven track record in high-volume data entry.
* Possession of a full clean driving license.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
