We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator Stock Replenishment Executive to join our team. Our clients operate in multiple locations in Ireland and require someone to provide quotes, monitor stock and work as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain all fast-moving items stock.
* Provide accurate customer quotes.
* Resolve day-to-day enquiries.
* Part sourcing.
* Collect local supplier parts.
* General administration tasks as required.
* Process customer orders from enquiry to delivery.
* Create efficient management reports.
* Negotiate with suppliers.
* Manage supplier relationships.
* Maintain ERP systems.
* Contribute to continuous improvement processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong product knowledge for MRO and engineering consumables.
* Strong sales and customer development skills.
* Strong negotiating and purchasing skills.
* Methodical and well-organised, strong knowledge of management systems.
* Current driving licence.
* Proficient in Microsoft office and IT literate.
