We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Packing and Inventory Management: Assist with packing and inventory management, ensuring accurate labeling and packaging of products. Monitor packaging materials and report any shortages or quality issues.
* Team Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements.
* Inventory Reconciliation: Assist in the management of inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. Place orders before stock has run out. Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile records.
* Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality defects and adherence to standards. Report any quality issues to relevant personnel and assist in implementing corrective actions.
* Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Assist with order processing and fulfillment.
* Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as invoice reconciliation, data entry, and filing. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
