Claims Leader
As a Claims Leader, you will oversee the global claims platform roll-outs, ensuring timely implementation of deliverables. This role requires close monitoring of progress and taking necessary actions to ensure successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Define the claims roadmap by regularly reviewing new claims capability requests and evaluating existing platforms and solutions.
* Propose the addition of new technologies to enhance claims capabilities if necessary.
* Champion agile implementation methodology, delivering end-to-end customer-centric technology products using various Agile standards, solutions, and best practices.
* Build applications with outstanding user experience and adoption as essential technology evaluation criteria.
You will lead a team of 200+ internal and external resources located in multiple locations, focusing on developing code and driving innovation through cutting-edge IT solutions. With a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, you will also coach and develop IT talent to prepare the next generation of leaders in the industry.
