Job Description
In a nutshell
As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role in defining and executing the product roadmap for our central Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). You will organize the deployment of IT applications and services used across Europe by Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics laboratories.
Location and Business Support
Based in Dublin, you will join a globally distributed Clinical LIMS Europe Program, which will serve as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe.
Eurofins develops its software applications in-house to support its numerous laboratories worldwide. With hundreds of thousands of clinical diagnostic tests performed daily, our laboratories aim to provide the most advanced diagnostic, monitoring, and therapeutic techniques to patients globally. Effective planning and organization, supported by technology, are essential for these activities.
How can you help us?
As an Associate Project Manager, you will:
* Plan and facilitate deployment projects, including risk and issue management;
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders such as laboratories, deployment project managers, and infrastructure teams;
* Develop and execute the roadmap for global applications, ensuring alignment with the overall program and continuous service delivery;
* Address and resolve impediments independently to meet deployment timelines with high quality.
Qualifications
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
You have:
* At least 2 years of experience managing complex IT projects within an international organization;
* Knowledge of traditional and agile project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Scrum;
* Understanding of IT Quality Management Systems and Agile frameworks;
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages like French, Dutch, or German are a plus;
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, MS Project, and Azure DevOps;
* A Master’s degree in IT or Business Management;
* Ability to balance pragmatism with strategic improvements;
* Quick adaptability and integration skills;
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Personal qualities include:
* Energetic, organized, and quality-oriented;
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with autonomy and accountability;
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Additional Information
The following skills are advantageous:
* Experience with ERP deployment projects in mid-sized organizations;
* Experience with Azure DevOps;
