Office Administrator – *****
Office Administrator required for one of Ireland's largest construction companies to work out of their head office in South Dublin.
The successful candidate will work as part of the travel and accommodation team managing the travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives.
Responsibilities
Manage travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules.
Assist with arranging flights, rental cars, hotel reservations, coordinate with landlords/estate agents, and prepare itineraries.
Liaise with travel agencies and companies for bookings and cancellations.
Log and maintain data in spreadsheets and calendars.
Provide cover for front desk reception.
Document control and filing.
General ad hoc day-to-day office management and administrative duties.
Requirements
At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Experience working for a construction or engineering company is essential.
Excellent telephone manner.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Team player, able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent English is essential.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
