The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting sales operations, and contributing to strategic decision-making.Its an ideal stepping stone for someone looking to grow into a Financial Controller role.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & ControlOversee day-to-day finance operations in collaboration finance team.Manage cash collection, credit control, and cashflow forecasting.Prepare monthly management accounts, KPIs, and profitability analysis.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to achieve EBITDA targets.Coordinate payroll, VAT, and statutory reporting (in partnership with external accountants).Drive improvements in financial systems and processes.Sales & Customer SupportAct as the central point of contact for customer queries, orders, and invoicing.Support the sales team with data insights, call lists, and performance dashboards.Maintain and develop CRM and accounting systems to ensure data accuracy.Analyse customer buying patterns and market trends to inform commercial strategy.Assist with marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.Leadership & Office CoordinationLine manage the finance team and oversee back-office operations.Collaborate with production and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.Contribute to the Irish Leadership Team on commercial and strategic matters.Candidate ProfileEssential:Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Strong commercial acumen and ability to link financial data to business strategy.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Proficient in Excel and financial/CRM systems (e.g. Xero, Salesforce, HubSpot).Desirable:Experience in a sales support or commercial finance role.Background in manufacturing, FMCG, or agri-tech sectors.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.What's on OfferA high-impact role in a scaling international business.Exposure to both Irish and UK operations, with potential for international travel.Career progression towards a Finance Director or Commercial Controller role.A collaborative, values-driven culture with a focus on innovation and growth.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Co Wexford, CO.
