A leading organisation is undergoing a major digital and supply chain transformation, including a national SAP S/4HANA upgrade and new distribution facility. We’re seeking a Service Delivery Director to lead the operational handover, support frameworks, and long-term service strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee seamless transition from program delivery to IT operations
* Develop and implement a global service delivery strategy
* Drive performance using KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Lead incident, change, and release management across internal and vendor teams
* Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships
Required Experience & Skills:
* 10+ years in service delivery leadership, ideally within large ERP programs
* Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, Azure, CI/CD, and ServiceNow
* Proven ability to manage complex software releases and IT governance
* Strong knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, and enterprise-scale environments
* Experience building global, high-performing IT teams
* Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning skills
* Background in large-scale digital transformation
* Familiarity with supply chain environments
* Strong financial and operational acumen
