About the Role
* Achieve business targets for life, pension, and investment services by providing exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships.
* Conduct comprehensive financial assessments with clients to identify and prioritize their needs, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
* Build and nurture internal and external relationships to grow our financial solutions business and drive sales growth.
* Maintain high standards of professionalism and compliance with regulatory requirements at all times.
* Take responsibility for personal and professional development by proactively improving sales, technical skills, and industry knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
* Recognized qualifications such as QFA or CFP, which demonstrate expertise in financial planning and management.
* Strong self-starter with a high level of energy and initiative, who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Sales experience, either with intermediaries or direct to the public, which has resulted in consistent achievement of targets.
* Proficiency in MS Office and electronic point-of-sale systems, which enables efficient and effective management of client interactions.
