Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily operations of the Cycle Check Program and stock control activities.
2. Lead continuous improvement efforts by reviewing and improving warehouse processes like goods-in, replenishment, picking, and despatch.
3. Act as the main point of contact and expert for optimizing the Sicon Warehouse Management System.
4. Handle additional tasks as part of the Operations Leadership Team, including covering for leave and supervising the site.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in stock control/cycle check activities.
2. Proven experience in warehouse management system optimisation.
3. Excellent computer skills including Excel.
4. Excellent communicator with the ability to relay information to, and collaborate with, Operations Team colleagues.
5. Excellent written and verbal English.
6. A self-starter with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Would love you to have:
1. Lean or continuous improvement qualification.
2. Experience in the use of various warehouse management systems.
3. Experience in many aspects of warehouse operations such as Picking, Replenishment, Goods-in, and Despatch.
