The Bid and Tender Administrator will play a key role within our Interiors Work Winning team, supporting bid delivery, improving administrative processes and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency across all tender documentation. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in administration who enjoys improving systems, organising workflows and helping teams perform at their best.
Responsibilities
* Review current administrative and document control processes to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement new systems and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy across bid submissions
* Support the adoption of digital tools and technology to streamline work‑winning operations
* Manage document control for all tender submissions, ensuring version accuracy, formatting and compliance
* Maintain and update project CV and experience databases to support future bids
* Coordinate content and information from internal teams to support proposal preparation
* Keep all shared libraries, templates and records organised and up to date
* Provide proactive administrative support to the Work Winning and Pre‑Construction teams
* Assist with scheduling, tracking deadlines and managing submission timelines
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of information
Essential Experience
* Minimum two years’ experience in administration or coordination within a busy office or project environment
* Proven ability to review and improve existing administrative processes
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint
Desirable
* Experience in construction, engineering or fit‑out sectors
* Familiarity with document control systems or tendering platforms
* Strong written communication and formatting skills
Qualifications
Relevant degree/qualification or equivalent work experience (desirable).
