Job Summary
The Administrative Officer II will support the Arqus Alliance Manager in providing administrative, project, and event management services. This role aims to facilitate participation among Maynooth University's campus community in activities and opportunities through the University's membership of the Alliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the MU Arqus Alliance Manager
* Manage projects and events related to the Arqus Alliance
* Facilitate participation among Maynooth University staff and students in Arqus Alliance initiatives
* Prepare Maynooth University to host the Arqus Alliance Annual Conference
About the Arqus Alliance
The Arqus Alliance is a partnership between European universities, including University Claude Bernard Lyon 1, University of Granada, University of Graz, Leipzig University, University of Minho, University of Padua, Vilnius University, and the University of Wrocław. Maynooth University is seeking a motivated individual to join this alliance as an Administrative Officer II.
