The successful candidate will have: At least 2-3 years of previous experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a management position Demonstrable experience leading a team within a Health Club environment A proven commitment to delivering excellent results Continuous improvement skills with strong analytical ability Project management skills Strong communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work independently as well as part of a large team
