Job Description:
The Team Leadership Retail Supervisor will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service and managing daily store operations. This includes leading a high-performing team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Store Manager with opening and closing procedures
* Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and store appearance
* Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
* Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
* Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in supervisory or assistant manager role in retail
* Proven leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
* Strong customer service orientation and ability to build customer relationships
